Do you have a pricelist?

Yes, Please see our pricelist here. We are not embarrassed or ashamed to show you our prices unlike other companies who ask that you to contact them, give them all of your details to enable them to 'sell' their products to you. With  LoveLettersKent you can make a decision if we are within your budget BEFORE you give us your personal information. This saves a lot of unwanted emails and ignoring calls of the suppliers you don't want to go with.

What letters are available?

We pretty much have anything you want. We have the whole alphabet and several repeats of the more popular letters. So Peter & Penelope? You're fine! The earlier you book the more chance of securing the letters you want.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the whole of Kent, Surrey, Sussex and South London. all of the prices shown are inclusive of delivery set up and collection to anywhere in Kent. Other areas may incur an extra delivery charge.

can I collect?

Yes, We offer a collection and drop off service for LOVE and Initials. These will fit in to a medium size hathback like a VW Golf with the seats down. Because of a bigger risk of damage we take a £200 refundable deposit and full payment on collection and then return the deposit payment on the letters safe return.

Do you ask for a deposit?

Yes, The amount required to secure your booking is just £50 for up to 5 letters and £100 for 6 and above.. This is a non refundable fee. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we have received this. Availability is on a first come first served basis.

When Do you ask for the balance?

The balance can be paid at anytime but will become due one month before your event.

Can these be set up outside?

Not all of our letters are Weatherproof. We do have Outdoor LOVE letters. These letters are built specifically for using outside and are built differently, They are more wind resistant, waterproof and low voltage with warm white LED lights. They require one mains 13 amp power socket and we supply the extension lead.

Are your letters safe?

Yes, All of our letters are PAT certified and sturdy. The safest place for them to be set up is against a wall. The letters are mains powered so its probably good practice and the safest option to keep all glasses/drinks off of them!

Are the letters insured?

No, Insuring the letters is down to the hirer but isn't compulsory. however, for your peace of mind we would recommend it.
